We process orders quickly. They are shipped on the same day or the following morning. Orders received on a Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.

Oversize or overweight items may incur a surcharge.

COURIERS

We use NZ Post, Aramex and Post Haste.

Delivery time is generally 1-3 business days from the date of collection. Add another 1-2 days for rural delivery and delivery to remote areas.

Please note that couriers sometimes have delays due to weather and other events, which are outside our control.

OUR SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

At Indoor Plant Supplies, we’re mindful of every part of our packaging. Our goal is to use eco-friendly packaging that protects your order while reducing waste and environmental impact.

How we pack sustainably:

  • Recycled courier bags – made from 100% recycled plastic, and recyclable again wherever soft plastics are accepted.
  • Paper & cardboard – we use recyclable paper and corrugated cardboard wherever possible, so your order is safely packed with minimal environmental impact.
  • Eco-conscious bubble wrap – fragile items are wrapped in protective bubble wrap made from recycled LDPE plastics.
  • BPA-free courier labels – our shipping labels are BPA free and designed to break down naturally without leaving harmful residues.

Extra eco option

We also offer the option to send your order in pre-used packaging (usually boxes we’ve received from our suppliers). Just leave a note with your order and we’ll be happy to reuse packaging for you – helping to further reduce waste.
